I'm curious to see who thinks the death sentence is appropriate. And what places actually imply it to the law. While i know in the USA it varies from state to state, if and how it is implemented, I'm curious where it is or is not put to practice and how you feel about it...
I personally am circumstantially for it in some cases. When dealing with a very brutal or serial murderer, why should they sit in prison and suck up my tax dollars while they complain about not having wall to wall carpet. Ive read about several occasions were violent murderers, whether psychotic or just sinister wine about there personal rights? I believe in "an eye for an eye" And those who disregard someone else's right to merely exist forfeit there personal rights. Why should they have rights when they denied someone else's rights to just be alive.
Whether one kills for pleasure, money or simple "disrespect" There is no reason for it. I once saw on the news about a robbery where two men went into a convenience store acting all calm. As they approached the register with merchandise one man pulled a gun and fired point blank at the cashiers head with the intent to kill him for the 50$ in the register, luckily the bullet missed and skimmed his head but still, such a disregard for a human life?!?!?
I believe in the death penalty only for serious and sinister killers. What do you think about it?
