I cannot answer this my dear friend for my favorite dish. For me anything will do as far as it can contain foods, and I like the food not the dish. I think female/woman members will join your question to answer.

There are lots and lots of dishes that I enjoy eating ;) Rajma Chawal , Chole Chawal, Kadhi Chawal, Kheer, Sewiyan, Makke Di roti along with Sarson da saag, Lassi piyo Lassi Saari duniya khassi,ande ka omlette, etc. :D gosh! i cant think of anymore names right now :P
