My husband is korean who has a business partner here in the philippines who is also a korean, i being a certified public accountant has to help with no choice at all. There are a lot of conflicts involved as their manner of dong business is very much different in the Philippines, they are contented with verbal contracts which i think is not applicable here in the Philippine when you have to deal with a lot of documentations. There so much to share about this experience as so many conflcts comfronted us. He cannot do away with his line of profession being an engineer who is involved finishings of building construction.

That's the problem there...we Filipinos are smart in doing paper works, following rules and make sure that everything is documented...Other foreigners are not aware of that or maybe they just want a verbal agreement at all...good you have to help them...It's really hard to do into business without any feasibility study...
