I've heard of people only sleeping for about 3 hours every day! I feel so sorry for you. You are killing yourself, if you can change what you're doing then i advise you to. The human body and brain needs 6-8 hours sleep everyday.
I remember seeing the doctor on the OPRAH show talking about it, and he was explaining why we need that much sleep.

I usually get between 5 and 7 hours per night. However, sometimes when things get a little backed up, I will go on 3 to 5 hours per night for a few days. Anything below 5 for too many days makes me unproductive. Once in a while, I'll catch 8 or 9 hours, but I usually feel draggy and a little guilty for sleeping so long.

My dear friend, NIKKIWITH;
thanks for your medical advice to make me healthy. 8 hours actually for the people that money doesn't matter. They can rest on their laurel.
For hard earning people will only use to the maximum 5 hours sleep in a day. Any contra from you for this statement? Post your new discussion.
