i've just recently join adbux.org. somebody has any tips for me? i'm a total newbie with this free money programs thing. thank you..

Check the site often as they are always putting up adverts that only last a few minutes or until the supply has run out. Wait until the $ symbol appears so you get credit for viewing the page. Try to get people to sing up under your name so you get referral money from it.
