FATIGUE is actually an extreme tiredness, especially resulting from mental or physical exertion or illness.
Weakness in mental or other materials caused by repeated variations of stress.
So you better take a natural process of healing as to regain your energy level. Take shower(aroma therapy shampoo with lavender) before sleep and sleep with SALT LAMP and MINI WATER FOUNTAIN...very cheap in the market, look for cheap sales and not more than $50USD.

Fatigue is very common problem, most faced by the people who do a lot of mental work. I should say, it is caused more to the people who do the repeated kind of work.
After you return from work, try to get involved in some other hobby or activity that is more interesting to you. I have tried that and works for me.
