am a man and a 23 years of age and am still keep on making fun of myself using my hand. everytime i do i feel good and it really makes me sa active afte I do it 2 or 3 times a day. my question is is there any side effect of doing it or what
or what i could benefit from doing it.
and my last question is, if i keep of doing would that make me a a sterile or what

I think the only side effect yu may have is strong arm muscle in one arm.
They say if you don't use it you may lose it. Not mach you sterile buddy so enjoy
