Hello, yes i'm from Belgium and it has 2 offers. The problem is that you are not paid. Maybe it's a scam...

Hello my friend, did you paid from it. I'm waiting sinds tree days for my money ($0.25). During two days my status account was "processing", and today it's on "paid" but nothing in Paypal, no money!!! Look at the forum there, and you can see a lot of member in the same situation.

Hi Thank you i will take a look, i have to say thou that alot of these sights are making it harder and harder to earn money now, with the time that you have to spend it really does not gain alot
