Theres not much to say about John except that he's one of the coolest people on TV. Now...playing as a girl in his last film really wasn't necessary but ya know w/e, he's John Travolta and can do w/e he wants lol. I say his best film was Pulp Fiction. What do you think was his best movie?

I'm not an expert on Hairspray, but hasn't Edna always been played by a man?
My favourite John Travolta movie has to be Grease, though admittedly I have not seen all of his movies. Anything he dances and sings in is a winner for me!

I think Divine played the original or
one of the originals for Hairspray.
He was amazing.
I haven't seen John T in the updated
version, but I don't think it will be
as good.
You never know!
I like him though and he is so talented.
Anything he does is super good.

John Travolta is a good actor, and I agree it wasnt neccisary for him to play as a girl in hair spray.I think that he has had a ton of great movie, one of my favorites is Grease because it is a interesting movie, with alot of good musical numbers.I also liked the way he portrayed the bad guy,in the movie the punisher,up until his dimise at the hands of the punisher.

Well... I can definitely say which isn't his best movie. That would be Battlefield Earth. But then, that would win the "isn't best" awards in so many categories.

John Travolta was always a par actor who got by inexplicably. He was descent at best in most of his movies. I could always have seen someone else being casted in his role. I thought he was at his best in Look Who's Talking and Faceoff. Ladder 49 was a good role for too. Faceoff was not the movie that one might have imagined, but it did entertain me. Oh yeah, and Pulp Fiction was a great movie.
