Alex tells Dinah she'll pay all her medical bills if she can keep Marina away from Cyrus. Cyrus tells Marina that they need to take a break, but then he gets frustrated with Marina's persistence and ends things completely. Doris reveals to Ashlee that once she's mayor, she's going to get rid of CO2. Coop and Ashlee team up to get a petition signed against the planned project. Doris learns that Buzz is running for mayor. Doris uses Ashlee to try to convince Buzz to drop out of the race. Doris makes a statement to the press about her new opponent and verbally attacks his family. Not wanting to put his family through the ringer, Buzz considers dropping out of the race. Natalia tells Gus she's not backing off and that they belong together. Ruthledge is about to pronounce Josh and Cassie man and wife when the wedding is interrupted by a crash — Olivia has hit Reva, rendering Reva unconscious. Jeffrey and Frank notice there are no skid marks on the pavement, Olivia didn't even attempt to stop the car. Josh and Cassie learn they're not officially married. Finally, Ashlee decides it's time to reveal her true feelings to Coop on Monday, August 13. Will he tell her what she wants to hear or is there major heartbreak ahead for the spunky heroine? Reva prepares to strike back against Olivia. Aug 14 -Lizzie spots Billy drunk at a bar. During a series of flashbacks we learn he fell off the wagon months ago. Lizzie and Billy bond and he agreees to give her a job at Lewis if she stays quiet about his drinking. Lizzie later proves her alliance when she covers for a drunken Billy in front of Josh.
