Just 1 cent per post in Mylot ?

I've been making between 1 cent and 3 cents per post. I make more on the discussions that I start myself, especially if there are a lot of responses to my discussion and I answer all of them with at least four or five lines of text. Also, if you post pictures along with your discussions, that earns you more. One discussion that I started last week earned my 5 cents, even without a picture, because it was very long and I had a lot of responses that I responded to. The key is to start as many discussions as you can and answer everyone who comments on them. Then, visit the top discussions each day and comment on them. If the person who started these discussions comments back to you, and you have more to say, that's great... comment back to them again. I think you earn more when you keep responding to the SAME discussions (your own or someone elses') rather than just responding to MANY discussions. This has been the case for me, anyway. yes my friend i think thats how mylot operates. because when i started 1 month ago i tried to experiment how much do i earn per post? i get to know that i am only learning 1 cent per post. it's really heartbreaking. i even earn only 0.09 cents while spending 8 hours here. but like they say mylot is not the right place to get rich. i accept that 1 cent per post is enough besides i get to love more answering people's question and my 1 cent per post is just incentive in doing so. i am more energetic tha ever friend.

There is no specific set amount for each post. Mylot does not reveal the payment method at all.They ask that if you have a problem to contact them directly..

I posts about 10 every time I go online. It seems likely that myLot pays me 1 cent for every post that I made. Sometimes the number are increasing, sometimes decreasing. For example, whenever I post 5, I earn $0.07. The next time I posted the same quantity, it earned me 'only' $0.03

Yeah it is 1 cent per post and another cent for your images if you do have. If you can make participate as many as you can the better. Buddy, just enjoy participating and you'll see; you will forgot that you made many posts on the day. Just enjoy :)

Oh yes, I was not active for a while and recently started logging on again. I did notice the increased difficulty in earning $$$ for every post. But to some extent, I agree that it's rewarding by itself to read and comment on issues of our interest.. just enjoying it. I'm also unsure what that star thingy next to our avatar means... it's also new to me... and I suppose the higher the number the better??? How do u actually improved it anyway? Well, whatever... I suppose the idea is not abt earning $$$ for this but posting our comments and make us think abt certain things.

I've never taken the time to analyze exactly how much I am earning per post. I think it might be a little more than 1 cent per post. I post anywhere from 5-20 posts per day. It depends on what else is going on in my life. It also depends on if I see discussions that I can relate to or not. I post my own discussions if I can think of something. If I can't, I just let it go until something comes to mind.

Dear senthil2k Yes the earning is quite low now on mylot .. earlier I used to earn more with less work on mylot .. but now I guess the earnings are simply reduced .. and for me .. whenever I start too many of discussions ( atleast 10 or more than that)and respond to atleast 10 posts -- then only I got $0.58 .. it's quite low .. I know but I can see that we all are earning low here. Though I wish to earn more but there is no hope. From the very starting I have taken mylot as a friends making site .. so I am not much disappointed with this thing. Happy mylotting :)

I made 3 cents on one discussion the other day and 5 cents on another. I haven't figured out how their earnings formula works either. I just post post post and let the pennies add up.lol

I found out it is a really hard work. I didn't know it was 1 cent though. Anyway, I'm trying a new strategy now. I will login and chose 20-30 post to respond and I will try to create at least 5 new discussions. I am here since the beginning of the month and I still didn't reach 1 dollar. I need one more cent :D

i'm new so i don't know. first i thought it was all b.s but i had a long talk with some one thats on here and talked me in to staying here.

Thats about what you will get if your lucky.LOL They have really cut back on paying us. Sometimes they dont even pay us for all of them. Keep tract of how many your doing. Because they will try to jip you.

Yes that is what everyone is getting here. If we post images, may be one more cent they will give.

dear senthil2k, For every quality response we should get at leaset 2 cents. Though I did not make any calculation but after responding to the discussion I used to roughly calculate how much I would get next day. All these months my calculation with mylot vary 5 to 8 paise. Therefore we are being paid at the rate of 2 cents per response. None of the mylot members know what mylot calculate for the responses and discussions. One thing that we are being paid for the job we do.

When I first started here, I figured that I was only getting a half penny per post. But considering that I only use this site to warm up for my regular writing, I try not to let it bug me too much.

Hi senthil! :) MyLot has a way of doing the computation. Last time, I just made one discussion and never even commented on any of my friends' discussion because I was in a hurry that time. And when I checked on my earnings the next day, I got $0.10!!! :) I believe that mylot computes the earnings depending on the quality of your post. :) Always go for quanlity, not quantity.
