Have People Ever Mistaked Your Gender By Your Name Or Your Face?

I work in a telecom office. In my line of work we often receive phone calls for coordination. And most of them never had a mistake of my gender for my name or face. But everytime I took the phone, they usually say, "hello, sir" , then when I start to talk they realize am not a girl. Since in our field of work, mostly are men, so everytime they coordinate with someone, they are often thinking of talking to men. God bless!

I have a nickname that many males use. In fact, I got the nickname from my Dad because I was a tomboy when I was a child. So, many people who don't know me often make the mistake of thinking I am male. They find their mistake out quickly! lol!
