Adding my photo, can somebody help please?

I just joined last night. This morning I uploaded a photo of my two daughters and I. I can not figure out how to link the picture to my user id. I would rather everybody see me then the default picture above my user name in my discussions. Maybe I just haven't had enough coffee yet, but can somebody please help? Thank You
