if you have a web cam

I use my cam a couple times a week. I used to leave it plugged in and on all the time but when I would log into Yahoo I would get hit with a ton of requests and it would fry out my connection. They are nice to have if you want to do a NetMeet or talk to friends you haven't seen in a while but it can be embarrassing when you forget it's on and do something stupid.
