If there is anyone out there that has 5 year olds or younger help me out. I am divorced and I have a 5 year old that has been through some rough stuff for about 3 years out of 5 with his mom. I now have him due to mom being a cocaine addict. Nothing I seem to do when he does wrong will correct the problem. Can anyone help me with this?

Best thing to do is not to yell at the child.{im not saying that you do}.try an take the child to the doctor an talk to the doctor about his behaveiour,the child may have stress level problem from earlier child hood.I did have the same trouble with my 6 years old grand daughter this summer.I sat her down an we talk alot about each other an now she seems to calm down alot an not as hyper an bitter.I also have a grandson who did the same thing an come to find out he had addh..the "hyper attention disorder" so talk to your doctor an see why the child is acting this way."thank goodness the child has you there for him"

I can help you. I am willing to be the mother of your kids. LOL. Yes I believe that you need a partner to get married and have them. I think they really need a mother figure specially now. God bless!
