What kinds of problems do you have with people who snores in their sleep? What is the cause of snoring?

Try those breathe right strips. They are pretty cheap at CostCo.

I know I snore, I think that's because I often have problems with my nose. And my partner snores when he's drunk! I don't know what it's like for him when I snore but when he's doing it, it's so loud that I just can't get to sleep, the only way to shut him up is to push him and poke him!

But pushing and poking will neither help you nor him. To quote ilse72(see above) it'll much better to consult a doctor.

I have asthma and that is one of the causes of my snoring. I snore pretty loud when I hit REM sleep. I am going for a sleep study for sleep apnea.

its good i dont snore, one thing i would like to know is that what causes people to snore.
