Words are so precious and real treasurers. Words carry loads of meaning. It's the bridge of communication. Do not let it slipped out of your tongue unknowingly. It could hurt/damage so many lives. Always be careful in using words. Not only words but silence too.

I like your discussion very much.I am a very sentimental person.I blow hot and blow cool very fast.Everybody like me but think I am very impulsive when I speak.I got to control my urge to respond immediately and try to think before I talk. Thanks friend for the timely reminder.

This word, I got from the novel 'Siddhartha' by Hermen Hesse. I shall quote the relevant part here: .......... In the evening, after the hour of contemplation, Siddhartha spoke to Govinda: "Early tomorrow morning, my friend, Siddhartha will go to the Samanas. He will become a Samana." Govinda turned pale, when he heard these words and read the decision in the motionless face of his friend, unstoppable like the arrow shot from the bow. Soon and with the first glance, Govinda realized: Now it is beginning, now Siddhartha is taking his own way, now his fate is beginning to sprout, and with his, my own. And he turned pale like a dry banana-skin. "O Siddhartha," he exclaimed, "will your father permit you to do that?" Siddhartha looked over as if he was just waking up. Arrow-fast he read in Govinda´s soul, read the fear, read the submission. "O Govinda," he spoke quietly, "let's not waste words. Tomorrow, at daybreak I will begin the life of the Samanas. Speak no more of it.".... If you haven't read the novel before, try to read it. This is one of the best novel I read ever. Thank you.

You are so right, but when people are angry they can say stuff they don't really mean. Even when saying sorry it might still hurt. Best thing is to always think before saying something.

Words can heal long open wounds, Words can cut like a knife. Words can ease troubled minds, Words can cause much strife. Be careful with your words, Be careful what you say. Be careful what slips out, Be careful in every way. Words can mend a broken heart, They can break them as well. Choose them wisely my dear friend, Bring about joy and not hell.

Dear sreevasu It's a beautiful and sensible discussion :) .. You said it right that we need to be careful before saying anything .. but you know what this slip of tongue happened many times and it happens with the person who talk so much .. so to overcome this habit all we can do is to -- talk less. Some bad words can really break good relationships.

Perhaps what you are saying is correct, a lot of people like to use the language of others, I do not agree with this approach, saying goes, things can eat indiscriminantly, but not to utter words. I think this is the road

Words can be used as weapons and healing aids, depending on the way and context we use it.:)
