Jurassic Park - can it really happen?

with today's technologies, I think it is very much possible to revive the dinosaurs. Can a Jurassic Park be possible for construction? If there is one would you go?I just hope they would have so much sophisticated control system and very high security control that could prevent the tragic end to happen as with the movie.
If you were a billionaire would you finance a massive Park such as this one?

I wouldn't doubt that at least some of the technology is already available. If they can do it, I have no doubt that someone will try. I wouldn't mind visiting a park like that, but I would hope that anyone who set up a park with live dinosaurs would stick with plant-eaters.
