Hi all, just wondering if I get my ratings up will my earnings increase? Its not that I fancy the hope of earning big bucks in here.... I doubt I ever will...
The sad thing is after 40+ ratings, which means 40+ threads/replies etc, my earining is merely only 38 cents... I was expecting something like 50 cents which I feel is reasonable.
So do any1 know if rating affects earning? Just wondering...

Ok your ratings are in a star that will show up beside your name once you hit 100 posts. Like my red star. If you put your cursor over it will give you a percentage of my approval rating here at Mylot. The rating has nothing to do with your pay, it is just a rating system you get from us members as to what we think of your discussions. However it’s not fair by no means and no one pays any attention to it.
Now your number of posts, the number in the brackets beside your name, is just that the number of posts you have made.
What influences your pay is staying with the guidelines, which you should go over if you have not, and having a few as possible posts deleted. Posting good interesting topics. Reply with more then 3 sentences that relate to the topic and last posting photos that are yours and relates to the topic. Anything less would be ignored by others or deleted by mylot both of which can affect your pay.
Also mylot works off Kansas time and anything after their midnight would be credited to you the day after that pay day. So let's say you posted as 12:01 Tuesday morning on Kansas time. You would not get paid for that post until Wed.

Oh, one more thing, Best Response gives you an extra point, so you would want to try to reply in hopes of earning that since that does increase your pay and you will draw more responses to your discussions by being one that rewards it as well, but not too soon so everyone has a shot at it.

I see, I guess I have phrased wrongly. I meant the number of posts posted, the more you post a.k.a the more active you are do you get an increase in earnings?
Or a new starter will earn as much as someone that has posted 5000 posts/replies?

Oh I don't know cause I am not sure what in the world I'm making anymore, LOL. I don't keep up with how many posts I do in a day.
Sorry I couldn't have been more help, thanks for the Best Response.
