Getting involved in activies you love.
Being yourself!
Through the Internet.
Social settings.
Being friendly and having a smile.
Through friends.
By just saying "HI!"
Being open about meeting new people.
By chance or fate.
Being easy to approach.

the best way to meet new people is give them a frinedly smile. that's the most important to show everybody that you are a welcoming guy. then try to greet them with a good hello, gud day, gud morning or any greetings may do. be sure to keep your smile when saying it and look them in the eye. then after this, ask the name. after this,then the main conversation comes in like what are you doing here, or a request or just ask a question. but then again smile while saying these things. if you are already fininsh then be corteous and greet them farewell, gud bye, pleasure to meet you, see you around and other gud stuff. i hope i gave you a helpful answer friend.
