Cigarette Scent

Has anybody had the problem of constant smelling of cigarette smoke? It has been driving me crazy for the last 3 weeks. I looked it up on the internest and came up with that it is a sinus problem. I tried some anibacteria gel in my nose last night and lo and behold, I awoke this morning without the problem. It is now past midnight and it is again starting up. Any comments??
