Hi, why don't you just withdraw your money to your bank account? Paypal money is not monopoly money - it is equivalent to real money. You are like asking - hey guys, I have quite a bit of money I don't need - why can I invest it? You used the word "invest" so think e.g. business, stocks, bonds, etc. Since you have quite a bit, I suggest you approach someone savvy or qualified in this field for suggestion - or do your own due diligence.
