Input on Squidoo groups needed

I started a group for environmental lenses at Squidoo - http://www.squidoo.com/groups/environmental_causes - and the first few days a bunch of people jumped in. Hooray! But since it left the list of "Newest Groups" I have had only one member. Groups seem to be all over the place in terms of arrangement and design. I have 15 lenses in mine and all of them are on the HQ page. I don't think I've really reached "lens saturation" on it yet. How many lenses do you think make a good front page? How do you arrange them? Is there a way that you would prefer to see mine organized or something you think could be done better? I'd love some feedback and suggestions.
