How to withdraw our money from paypal.com if we are not from US?

Right now I haven't got my first payment yet. But I am still waiting for some message from mylot to inform me of that. I hope that you will get your money from paypal. Good luck, ayris.

I am not from that area but I have the same problem. Usually I pay my server using Paypal so the money I get stays there so I can pay the server bill.
I wonder what should I do if I get more than 1 dollar. I have heard about people who would "buy" your money in Paypal, but I don't know how they do that.
