Especially when you were not expected to do so? And how did people react? Was it an embarassing experience, when you look back? Please do share your experience.

Probably more times than I can remember! I cry often and easily - whether it's reading a sad story in ther newspaper on the train on the way to work, hearing a song on the radio that reminds me of my late Mother, or almost anything else! I see no shame in crying - showing your emotions is better than keeping them in and bottled up inside. I remember once sobbing my heart out in the middle of Red Square in Moscow, just because it was so beautiful to see the Cathedral illuminated, and the snow falling past it and changing colour as it did so.

Excellent response,as usual! It does not come as a surprise though, as I have always imagined you to be a very sensitive and compassionate lady.

We went to our friends' farm up north, and were walking alongside their horses, when one of them started licking my arm. We were all laughing, me included, until the lick became a pinch of my skin in the horse's teeth! It caught me by surprise, and really hurt, i just started crying and walked away from the horse. Everyone stopped laughing, but when i told them what happened, they laughed even more, and I too, ended up laughing in the end.

That's a unique experience I must say. I can imagine your shock and then relief, while you laughed it out.

That's interesting! I used to have a friend at school who loved watching tearjerkers, and he would sob non-stop to his hankey :)

No. I always try not to cry in public. I don't think I have a reason for that. I feel ashame with other people if it happen to me.
