Would you boycott another country if you new this?

I heard on the news recently that a couple were murdered in another country while they were attending their daughters wedding! The authorities in the other country have been caught in lie after lie to cover up the fact that it was probably a security guard that murdered the couple! If you new a family that was murdered in another country and it was proven that the other country was making up lies to cover the murder up would you boycott traveling to that country? Would you expect others in your country to boycott traveling to that country?
