How to publicize my website?

I have a wibsite but only few people know it.I have tried my ways to let other know it.But all that way doesn't work effectually.Do you know what is the best way to make my website known to more people?

Hellow friend......nice to see u.... u have website but only few people know it???? can you tell me what about ur website to me???? moga ja bisa bantu...............u can publish ur website through chatting, u also can publish it here.......i hope evryone can see it and visit ur website................i hope....where are you from friend???
