Another glitch again?

I don't know what to say anymore! I don't realize the problem till I checked my e-mail just now. I am not too sure whether it is Yahoo or My Lot problem. Yesterday, I was busy updating a new photo for my avatar when I realized that one of my friends started to respond to my quite old discussions. I left a comment for her for each of her responses.
I am also having trouble with my Yahoo where I couldn't open the website page. But there was no problem with my Yahoo Mail. I still can read my e-mails as usual. But this morning, when I checked my Yahoo Mail, I only have 5 e-mail alerts from My Lot. I have 70 friends here and it is amazing that only two friends started a new discussion. I also realized that I didn't get any e-mail notifications from My Lot for all the responses that a friend of mine wrote for my old discussions.
Do you have the same problem like me too? Please share it here.

Hi, Yes I am having this same problem. I have like 5 emails from the group, including this one. Yesterday I had no emails either. I have Yahoo too, but everything else is coming to my email. Normally I have more than 50 emails just from mylot. I am not sure what is going on.

This time it is not Feona Glitch anymore. I sensed that something was wrong somewhere a few days before but been thinking it might have something to do with my pc, until I realized what exactly happened yesterday. I don't even know that I have two responses for this discussion. It never came to my Yahoo Mail though...

I didn't get notified that you responded to me for this one either. I went to discussions I have responded to inorder to check to see if you replied. It really slows things down. Before I would just get notified and go in and respond, now I have to search to see who responded and what not.

I don't mess with yahoo anymore since Gmail was invented- and I have no problems getting my alerts- sounds like a Yahoo problem to me :)

Oh, is it so? I created a special Yahoo Mail address for this purpose as I don't want to mess up with my another personal e-mail. I have another Gmail address too. Maybe I should switch to Gmail for awhile and see how is it going...

If the problem still persists using the new yahoo email you made then I would definelty try changing to the gmail address and see if that makes any difference for ya. Sorry I couldn't be of more help :)

Nope, I've not had the same problem but I know how frustrating these types of problems can be. You just have to have patience and come back when it's working again - I say go out for a walk, get some fresh air and away from your computer! :)

Thank you for your good suggestion. I think I need a break for awhile. But I have few pending comments for my friends who responded to my discussions. I don't want them to feel disappointed for not getting any comments from me. I hope every thing will get back to normal soon!

Same problem here too and I responded to another discussion a little bit ago about another user also having this problem. She didn't say if she uses yahoo or not though. I do and it seems lke my other mail is getting through like normal...although how would I know, if the arern't getting through I wouldn't know they were missing.

I had the same thing with them going to my bulk mail too! I marked one as "not spam" and it cleared up. I keep wading through my bulk mail just to make sure they aren't going there still but nothing is in there either.

This is the second time I am having problem with my e-mail notifications from My Lot. Last time, all my notifications went to my Bulk folder. I managed to solve the problem by adding the e-mail address to my address book. But few days back, another problem appeared. I have been thinking the site is a bit quiet due to many members who left. But now, for sure there is a glitch. Hope it will be fixed soon.

I have to do it manually right now. I am checking my own discussions and see if any more new responses I got from my friends and members of My Lot. It is quite a hassle but I have no choice. Hope every thing will be okay when I sign in again tonight. Thank you for your response.

Yes my friend. I thought that I'm alone was facing this problem until you come forward with your story. The delay in receiving email notification now seems too common happening.
You are not alone for this case and I firmly believe that many members shrouded with the same problem.

Yes I have had this problem all weekend, not getting notifies. It's mylot. This has happened once before and it's a pain in the rear to say the least. I am so dependant on my email alerting me of when freinds post. Now I have to search the board over to find them.

I have noticed the same thing. Lately I have only had notices of a very few friends posting discussions. I seem to get no more than a dozen notifications per week, out of all of my friends. This includes their discussions plus all of the responses. I know that I should be getting a lot more notifications than this since I have nearly all of my notifications set to on, so it has to be a glitch. I hope that it gets fixed soon.

Yes definitely I am having the problem! So you left me a comment on my responses to you last night? I only got two comments email notifications in my mail box today but I am sure some of the other people have left me comments too but I haven't received anything. It's really driving me crazy and I hope mylot to fix that soon because it's been wasting my time to go into every discussions I respond to and see if I have new comments! *turning my life upside down*

At least you know that I was referring to you when I typed this discussion. I left a comment for each of your responses and I didn't get any notifications of your responses. Fortunate enough that I have a habit to check my own discussion from time to time and make sure that I am the last person who responded/commented on the discussion.
