would you prefer paypal?

This is also my concern, I am from the Philippines too. So far I enjoy reading and posting comments here but my question is, can we receive payment from mylot even if we have an unverified Paypal accounts? I am not sure how the xoom.com works. Paypal said that in order for our accounts to be verified we need to enroll a credit card or debit card. But did you notice? They have a link there that says "Paypal powered by Xoom?. I called the EPCI bank if we can enroll our visa electron debit card to Paypal account so we can received money, but the person on the line don't even know what Paypal is. Goodness! I thought I might register my visa electron to Paypal, because the y have the option there to enroll credit card or debit card. So I guess, visa electron is accepted? I hope we can have definite answer to this queries. I love to make money online in fact I signed up to many money making sites already and they are all using Paypal. and I'm looking forward to receive my first payout. Please, somebody got to have some answers.
