i just realized that i have been watching too much tv, and it occured to me, there should be a ration on the hours we're allowed to watch TV. i know that people wouldn't probably quit watching too much TV on their own, and an external control would be more effective. 2 hours a day, probably? to watch the news and a little entertainment? there are so many things we could do than sit in front of a box and stare at it all day long!

Control my watching of TV? Yikes! No thank you. I guess the other alternative is tio sit in front of this box waiting to hear. "You've got mail." HAHAHAHA! This TV watching control won't pan out.

It depends. A few hours a week should be enough for everyone. Few hours a day it may cause you health problems. As you said there are so many things to do than sit and watch other people do them.
