I have no star yet, i am not sure to how many you need before you recieve a star

You need to make a 100 posts, or keep a 100 posts that is, if they get deleted it's subtracted from your total. Anyway, get a 100 in your () and you will get a star with your rating.

Yes it shows how other's have rated your posts by using the "+" and the "-". It does not affect your pay BTW, some thinks it does, but mylot says it doens't, it's really there for the members to use if they choose to. I don't pay attention to the silly thing cause I have seen some who are wonderful posters with low ratings.
