Choosing online user names in our life!

Just as I was about to retire for the day yesterday, it occured me how I gave my online user names. As for mylot, I was very confused about what name should I give while registering in the website, I had started asking even to my colleagues around me then suddenly this name came up, more or less on my own. It will be nice to know how you gave your mylot user name or any other online names.
