It might be expected that engineers would learn not only from their own earlier design and operating results,but also from those of other engineers..Unfortunately that is frequently not the case. Lack of established channel of communication,misplaced pride in not asking for information,embarrassment at failure or fear of litigation ...what do you think about that...
