How do you wear your bluejeans?

Low cut? Ultra-low cut? Mid-ride? Old school way? (up around your waist) Do you wear them oversized or tight? Is comfort more important or is fashion more important? I prefer mid-rise and snug. Up above my hip bones, so that I don't have to constantly be pulling them up, but not all the way up to my waist, cuz that's kind of old fashioned. I have a teenaged daughter who has appointed herself and my fashion consultant. Of course I use my own judgement as well. I listen to her suggestions, but I don't always follow them. I try to combine fashion with practicality... What about you? What is your approach to wearing bluejeans?

I wear all kinds of jeans but none high waisted. I am short waisted as it is and high waisted jeans look like they are up around my chest like an old man's pants. lol. I wear mid to low rise jeans and like slim fitting ones. I prefer skinny jeans now but also wear slight flares/boot cut ones too. I must have several dozens pairs of jeans but really only love a few. They have to have a bit of stretch, hug my skinny chicken hipbones and legs, and not bag on the butt. Not too tight, never too loose. It's hard finding THE jeans I love but it's fun trying (and buying) new styles! lol.

I am a stay at home mom so it has to be comfort.... which is really hard to find when you still want to be stylish (at least to a point) I would love to be able to remain a little more fashionable, but chasing a 4 year old really does not permit it!!!

Yeah, I guess it would be tough chasing around a 4 year old with low rise jeans...you'd be looking a bit like a plumber (if you know what I mean).

I like LEI jeans. They fit just right. Not too tight not too loose. And they are mid rise. They come just at or right below my belly button. I feel most comfortable in them or in Levi's. And I like boot cut or flare.

Right below the belly button is where I like mine. I can't wear those jeans that are just above the pelvic bone. For one, I don't have the body for that and two, I think even if I did have a body for it, i'd be too modest.

I have mine up under my armpits.....LOL... No, I have then just on my hips and like the fiited jeans, becase I look funny if they are any bigger..I am a stick and if I have looser jeans on they look like flares and I feel like a clown..lol..I like to be comfortable, I live in my jeans everyday..

lol on the armpits. My daughter does that sometimes to be a smart alec. She does an Erkyl (an old tv show) impersonation. I'd never hear the end of it if I wore them up around my waist. But they do stay up better that way!

I prefer a mid-rise straight leg. A trouser jean is good too. I guess I am watching what not to wear too much. I do watch that show but with a grain of salt...the day I will wear heels and find them comfortable (does anyone really find them comfortable) is the day I wins millions in the lottery and h*ll freezes over.

Mid-ride, and I go for comfort. I'm not wearing my clothes for anyone else but myself.

I very much agree with your statement and follow that too. I dont wear too low cut jeans as that needs to be pulled up after to stand up every time. I too make an effort to combine comfort with fashion. Ofcourse i have an inclination towards comfort although my peers say i should follow fashion.

Long (cuz I am tall) tight (cuz I got a booty) and mid-rise, not to low but not to high.

Mid rise is how i like it and not too snugly. I like them slightly flared and I also like those boy jeans too LOL I can't wear anything low-rise or else everyone would be seeing my backside for sure LOL

It is almost impossible to get jeans that come to your waist here anymore! Mine aren't very low cut - I don't have that kind os figure and I prefer them a little loose and cropped - that is the way I am most comfortable! To be honest I do keep an eye on fashion but I don't follow it too much - I like what I like! xxx

I usually buy and wear low rise jeans after making sure I could move comfortably with it. Sometimes, it depends on whether I would be wearing a tee, or a blouse.

Hi there! I prefer mid to low rise jeans. Mostly because its hard for me to find a good pair of jeans that will fit my booty and isn't too big in the waist. But I don't like to have to keep pulling up my pants either. I still prefer comfort over fashion. I like jeans I can move on, that's why they are jeans. If I want to be uncomfortable, I wear a dress instead. Hehehe

I like my jeans to be comfortable. They are usually lowrise as well, because, to be honest, it's pretty hard to find jeans that aren't low cut these days.

I prefer loose jeans and mid high cut. I can't stand wearing anything low cut (around my waist) even underwear. It just doesn't feel right to me.

I prefer to wear my blue jeans now mid-rise also. I'm not into low cut because I also don't want to keep on pulling up my pants. I don't like to wear jeans up around the waist either. It looks funny.LOL I like my jeans slim right down to the bottom. It makes me slimmer and makes my legs longer. I'm not a fashionista. I am mostly practical but I'd like to be more updated though, combined with comfortability ofcourse.

Hello miamilady!:-) I wear my blue jeans just as I wear my black jeans, does wearing procedure change with color? I put my right leg into right side, then left into left side, then I pull it up, close the button and the zip and then I tighten my belt. Sometimes, unfortunately, I put my right leg into left side of jeans and left into right side, but I find it difficult to pull it up and zipping becomes quite a job as I have to bend my both hands to back side to do that and only then I realize that I have done something terribly wrong:-) that was for your title! Now seriously (not quite so), I like my jeans up around my waist (actually a little above my hip bones) and a little oversized, both at waist and hips. Comfort is much more important to me than fashion. I like to feel loose inside, if it's fashion, good, if it's not, I'll still wear loose stuff. I don't like it touching my skin all the time. My younger brother used to be my consultant but he was often annoyed at my choice as he wears tighter jeans or something that is in fashion.

i prefer my jeans, mid rise and boot leg. comfort is much more important to me that what fashion dictates. althoug i also try to watch my self that i dont look sloppy dressed but im not really concerned if im not that fashionable. jeans for me are the most comfortable thing in my closet, but its not easy to find jeans that would really be your own style.

I am 5 foot and just over 2 inches so I prefer jeans that sit just below my navel. While I was modelling a consultant suggested that shorter people should wear pants that sit lower on the hips because it gives the torso the appearance of more length. By adding a belt on the lower part it seems to work for me. However I do not combine that look with the bare skin that many of the teeny boppers can get away with. Not that I have love handles...but once I passed forty...I want to feel youthful...but I mean...lets get real here!LOL
