how to upload MP3 files to play in blog posts?

Any idea on it? It seems to be a failure and waste of time for every effort that i made.All the efforts that i have made to learn through google searches were either not understood by me or unclear.
Guide me in this regard.
( I want to upload a mp3 file stored in my pc)

Thanks felicity for answering my unanswered topics.. Hmmm.. till this date i dont know how to upload it.. directly using the blogger.. but i somehow managed to get it through eSnips.
