Ok, I've tried it. I haven't really lost a lot, but I haven't gained any either. And to be honest, I haven't been able to work out for the past 6 weeks due to time constraints. But I'll tell you this: When they warn you about 'leakage' - they ain't lyin!!!! You do have to be careful.

I am grateful you caution users on this product, by stating "you do have to be careful" because I recently researched the site and product looking into the ingredients and finding two 'lethal' (for my blood and body type) components: soy and bovine origin as well as trace amounts of sulfur disguised in sodium lauryl plus a gelatinous coating containing components of pork origin !
In knowing that my bloodtype AB+ CANNOT tolerate meat proteins, rather animal protein that cannot be properly metabolized as AB+ blood does not carry the specific enzymes needed to properly and effectively digest this element-- I would not be able to use this product and neither should others whose bloodtype does not support the metabolization needed to break down the animal fat.
Never heard of this diet till now, thank you for the heads up.

Are you eating more fat then you are suppose to? It won't work if you are. I lost almost 10lbs in 12 days.

Um, keep close to a bathroom? Really, I have had a couple 'accidents'. You have to be careful how often you take it and with what kind of food. The more fat you eat the more likely you are to have a problem. On the plus side, I have Irritable Bowel Syndrome, and often have constipation (like you really wanted to hear that!) But with Alli I don't have that problem! Which is a relief, because at times that caused some real discomfort.
