What happened to the CHARMED ONE'S?

I was not able to watched the next subsequent episodes of the 'Charmed".. I don't even know what's happening to them now. Can you tell me?

Paige married Henry and they had kids. Phoebe married Cupid and they had kids. Piper and Leo grew old together raising Wyatt and Chris. In the last season, Leo was turned into a mortal for betraying the Elders (Leo joined the Avatars so he could bring the sisters back to life). Leo was in a severe car accident and Piper made a deal with the Angel of Destiny that Leo could come back if the Charmed Ones could defeat the great threat. The 4th witch Billie found her big sister. She was kidnapped by the Triad and trained to kill the Charmed Ones. In the end though, The Charmed Ones vanquished the Triad. It was in Season 3 when Cole/ Belthazar vanquished the Triad.

I read in the TV Guide that Prue would be back on the show for the series finale, but it turned out to be something else. It seems that Prue reincarnated into one of Piper's grandchildren and she was studying the Book of Shadows like her previous self used to.

Do you have TNT? I ask as... In the morning they are showing Charmed from season 1 and in the afternoon they are showing later seasons.... I am not sure in what order they are generally going, but I record them all, Yes Yes I have seen them all, but I love them over and over!
