I just purchased a new computer and it is ALREADY being slow! I have Windows 200XP running on it. Do you think it is being slow due to the program itself? If so, is Vista any better?

What is windows200xp.I never heard that.I think you are using windows xp!There are many reasons why your computer is slow.As what i know;
1.Slow because of your processor(what kind of processor did you use and its Ghz)
2.So many software install inside your computer!
3.Your virtual memory so low(if you use so many soctware that use more virtual memory)
4.Your RAM type and speed!
5.Virus attacking!
