Are you ever awed by your Cat?

I was just thinking how cats are such amazing creatures and I feel so lucky to be able to take care of two wonderful felines. Sometimes I think that Cats were truly a stroke of genius of whatever higher power you believe in. No wonder they were worshiped at one time.

I'm in awe of how my cat can sleep in as many positions as can be imagined and as often as she does. I have sleep disorders and would love to have a bit of her gift.
I'm also in awe of how easy it is for her to play, even though she is no longer a kitten.
And her agility is something to envy.
Yeah, I am in awe of my cat.

Oh yes I am! Cats are very special creatures - far more inteligent than humans, with senses that are developed far more highly than ours can ever be. I love their grace, their elegance, and their fluid sense of movement. And I love their deep and beautiful eyes, that tell of secrets only they can know.

I have two babies myself and I love them to pieces --and they know it!! Yes, I do know they were worshiped once in ancient Egypt...I think the reason cats are so regal, is that they must know this, that they were worshiped and they haven't let us forget that..LOL Now dogs were never worshiped...haha
