Nigerian movies need new and fresh story lines.
The actors need to go to acting school, so their performance feels more real not like they are reading from a script.
If a non-nigerian should ask you to recommend a nigerian film to watch, what would you recommend?

I think so too. They act as if the are summarising something they've read, most especially the upcoming actors, although most of them are good at acting. They dont make the movie lively or put any action into it. Also they have to have fresh ideas not everything being based on prticular theme like love or the copying of movies from other countries. The best directors to me are Tade Ogidan, Charles Novia and the AZ guy, maybe some other ones I ahvent mentioned. Even the kids used just cant stop staring at the camera and they dont make the movie look real. They only thing the do is say just a line or feature in a scene. If a non nigerian wants to watch my recommended nigerian movie I'd recommend something like 'Missing Angel 1-3,Games women play, Formidable force, Blind love, Senator 1-2 etc.

I MUST COMMEND ON YOUR ACCURATE OBSERVATION AND COMMENT. THE LISTED MOVIE YOU RECOMMENDED IS THE MOVIE I BOUGHT AND KEPT IN MY HOUSE FOR CONSTANT VEIW. I SOLICIT THE CONCENT OF THE DIRECTORS TO EMPLOY YOU INTO THE INDUSTRY TO WORK AS A CHANCELLOR. I NORMINATED YOU FOR SUCH.
I STILL WOUNDER IF THE DIRECTORS OF THE MOVIE INDUSTRY CONSIDER IT NECESSARRY TO GO THROUGH THIS COMMENTS. I BELEIVE IF THEY DO, THERE WILL BE GREAT CHANGES FROM THE RAW SCRIPT TO THE FINAL STAGE. HOW I WISH THIS ISSUE COULD BE CONSIDERED AS ISSUE OF THE MOMENT.

As much as Nigerian movies are spread Worldwide now, You are right about the actors going for proper academic aspect of training so they can actually bring themselves to the Holywood level which most of them dream of. In so doing they can mix up with some foreign movies not basically african countries but international standard, which will bring them to another level of acting and movie making. If actually a non-nigerian asked for a movie, I will recommend the old nigerian classic series, THINGS FALL APART! because thats what i know will make some sence...

Good actors, average directors, and bad scripts. That's my verdict. nigerian movies has a long string of plotless storylines i've ever seen.
