Acne scars

SO I have this problem since 2 years ago. Backside acne. I tried a lot of creams but none was really good. Now in the last months the acne is somehow better but I have a bunch of hyperpigmented scars. And I don't know how to get rid of them. I read on internet about this ZENMED kit for hyperpigmented scars, Do you know anything about this? Does it deserve the money? (59$). I wait for any suggetion regarding this problem. Thanks.
