8600M GT issues

HELLO , i need help...i just got a Dell Inspiron 1720 laptop and i am having problems with the graphics...it works just fine when vista is installed and all other drivers are installed (except video)...then i install the video driver and the next time i boot the system i am getting an error just look at these pics ...this is how the display looks after the system boots up...http://tinyurl.com/ypkchb --dont worry its just a link to www.flickr.com and my photo album... please take a look at this and help me....
