I don't understand

I wish I could explain it but I'm been trying to figure it out myself. I have a lower score than you but have earned 93 cents already. I thought at first it was about quality responses but I'm not so sure anymore. It's quite confusing and nobody has seem to master the earnings calculator since it doesn't appear to be a set earnings amount.
