what would you prefer to use internet explorer or mozilla firefox?

Mozilla is the best! I has unlimited functionality becuase it supports many-many-many add-ons that are available on their website. Also you can run it on any OS you can think. Now even on Windows Mobile!

My sister encouraged me to use Mozilla Firefox. Apparently, according to her, there are updates of Internet Explorer which make the computer susceptible to viruses. I think they attach themselves to IE's updates. I'm not sure. But in terms of usage, I still prefer Internet Explorer just because most websites do not run properly on Mozilla Firefox (like survey websites that I answer to).

hello jainaewen, i have got both of them in my pc.infact i have other browsers too as opera and netscape.and i use all of them whenever i feel like using any one of them.but mostly i prefer using mozilla firefox.its very fast than others. basically the fact that firefox is not that prone to viruses,actually secure in that terms interests me in using it.besides that it has got lots of add-ons that makes my browsing a lot easier and comfortable. but sometimes i find most pages don't get loaded in firefox.at that moment i don't have any option rather to use internet explorer.

I prefer Internet Explorer. I know all people will be surprised when they read that I am prefering Internet Explorer over Mozilla Firefox but I have some healthy reasons for it. I was user of Mozilla Firefox and I liked it but my computer got a virus attack. Mozilla Firefox didn't open. I tried alot. I even installed it again but it was not opening. Whereas Internet Explorer had no problem at all. I formatted my computer's hard disk and installed the Windows again. Now I am only using Internet Explorer.

I prefer using mozilla's firefox over internet explorer. Been using it for long now and have had no problems with this browser. For me its much faster to load website pages and has many add-on tools that are very useful and easily available to download.

I use internet explorer for faster browsing and i use firefox for safer browsing.

I prefer Firefox cause it secure than IE and gives you safe browsing also takes care of plug ins required when not avail to you and automatically downloads it!!!!thank you and take care!!!!!

If i dont have the new web browser now(Maxthon and slimbrowser) i will prefer to use Internet explorer!

either for me will do. before i used only internet explorer. but when ive try using firefox for me i find it also good. so now i hav both browser on my desktop and i used either of it

i prefer mozilla. it is evidently more strong in virus protection. even since i switched to it, i neved had the problems i used to experience when i was using explorer few years ago.

I prefer using Mozilla Firefox over the Internet Explorer because of several reasons. First, I noticed that Mozilla loads the pages faster than IE. Sometimes IE really takes some time loading its pages even though I have a DSL connection and not dial-up. Second, one thing that I like with Mozilla it has an option to clear your history, internet caches and browsing history as soon as the user closes the browser. I think in IE though I'm not really sure, the user have to manually delete all those browsing histories, etc. And third, I love Mozilla's add-ons and several themes. I can change my browser's appearance according to the theme I like. Personally, I love the Noia (extreme) theme since it is so colorful while my brother loves the Modern Aluminum theme since he always love silver and black. On the other hand, IE for me still looks the same ever since and that makes it really really boring to look at.

I prefer to use Firefox. It has a lot of useful extensions and features. Plus, it's supposed to be safer from viruses or security vulnerabilities.

I prefer Firefox, and use it as my main web browser. On my Linux computer Firefox is too slow, so I have to use Opera instead. I only use IE, when there's a website that does not display correctly in Firefox, and even then only if I really want to use the website. Firefox is just more secure, and easier to use.

i'm using the internet explorer because im used to it and i've been using it from the day i learned how to use the computer/internet... i dont want to use something that im not used to and have problems with it in the future...atleast with internet explorer...i know the basic things i need to know and how to troubleshoot it when i encounter any problems... keep smiling...:D
