Changed my mind about leaving my husband

My sister just left her husband of eight years who was beating on her, she has a older daughter from another man and three boys from her husband. When I went to visit her I saw her poor living arrangements, and how she has changed dramatically for the worst since she has left him. Cursing her children, neglecting them, living in a dirty run down neighborhood and etc. If this is what will happen if my kids and I leave my husband, I rather stay with him unhappily married for the safety of my children.

Yeah well he somewhat knows that I am unhappy with him. But we tey to make it work for the children, and I want to leave but sing my sister live like that and being so vulnerable and makes me want to stay for other reasons to make my children have a better life, but is it so good even though we argue all the time?
