How do you clear up a pimple rash? / myLot

I have a nasty allergy to something (I don't know the cause) and small pimples appeared on my usually clear face. I have almost never had pimples in my life, so you can imagine the grief this is causing me. Also I've nothing to cover it up with as I don't wear makeup at all. Any suggestions? How do I know what's causing the pimple rash? They are small nodules filled with white pus, it's almost like the toxins are coming out through my face..?

you have an allergic reaction. I use to ge those when i would put too many chemicals on my skin to help treat my breakouts. usually around the mouth area. I would apply neosporin in the night and little the wound breath in the day. eventually it will heal up and go. Hopefully it's gone now since you wrote about it 3 months ago

I can understand and know where you ccme from. I tends to have pimple and pimple rash in Singapore. Probably due to the humid temperature and summer all years round. For myself, I use proactive product and it works well for me.

you might want to try some aloe vera plant on your face, but you also might wanna see a dr to see what caused it.
