Your bestfriend hooks up with your ex-... what will you do?

Recently, I just found out that my college bestfriend has hooked up with my ex-boyfriend. We were together for 5 years and my bestfriend knows everything about him and our relationship. He broke up with me 3 years ago when he sensed that I was going to break up with him.
My bestfriend tried to hide the truth from me but I forgave her even way before she asked for my forgiveness and I'm actually cool about it. But the thing is, she breached my trust and that's something I cannot tolerate. She hooked up with my ex- even while she still has a boyfriend and she even made it appear that she's playing "bridge" between me and my ex-. So when my ex- tried to 'explain' things to me, I just told him to just leave me out of the equation. If you were me, what would you do?

well, i don't care if my best friend hook up with my exbf.. co'z i don't care about him anymore..
and about my best friend.. its up to her if she's doing that.. all i can give her is an advice so she won't regret something i didn't tell her..

I married my ex boyfriends best friend. It made for some sad times but now he is married to his ex girlfriends best friend. It all worked out in the end. It was definately a situation that could have gone much smoother but it was the way it was ment to be and I would not have my life any other way. As a side note everyone agrees it is better this way.

wow, good for you! i actually believe that love finds itself in the strangest situations really and when something is meant to be, we cannot question God why they happen. but really, things are better when they are left alone, and just let time take its course. i've actually decided to just be a stranger to both of them.

if it would be my ex then there is no prob as it happens to me but if it would be my present bf then it will be worst for my best friend i gonna kill her simply

yeah, it really doesn't matter because i don't love him anymore. what i really can't take is the fact that my "bestfriend" chose to have a relationship with him, knowing that it will affect our relationship as "bestfriends." i cannot trust her anymore.
