Lost My BP Medication

I got ready to take my meds this morning and found that I was missing my blood pressure pills. I called up the pharmacy to make sure they had delivered them-and they did. I have two possible places that I can search for them. I will be doing that before I go to bed. Has this ever happened to you, losing your medication?

I sure do hope you find them. I haven't done this yet, but I have forgotten to get my iron script filled for a couple weeks, but that wasn't too major. I hope you find it soon. Good luck.

Success! You won't believe this, Feona, but I found them in the place I had already looked twice before. I think the imps must be playing a joke on me.

Well for hypertension or BP, medicines are not solution. Do Meditation, try breathing exercise, it will help you balance and handle hypertension.
