How to prevent and survive Cancer?

Last year a cousin of mine died at the age of 21 because of cancer. Early this year, our Mayor also died with cancer as the cause of death.These two people I have mentioned were both health conscious and lived a healthy life.Both were active on sports and eats the right food, but still they were not able to get away with cancer. If this is the case, I need your advice on how to really prevent cancer. Is there a proven cure or an effective way to really 100% cancer free? If living a healthy life is not enough to prevent cancer then what more can we do to prevent it. Please share your ideas.
