I am a chinese boy, graduated from university last year , now I have worked in a korea imitation company. I had hope work in international trade deparment, however, I was arranged in the office roome together with my boss. whole company almost 300 worker. but it is a family company. my boss , his sister ,his wife , related people. and few Korean. it hopeless for Chinese as me to top in company even if I work hard . I hope I can see your view. thanks
